iPad Jailbroken Within 12 Hours After It Got First Sold

Its sounds funny as well as interesting when the most secure iPad as claimed by Apple got jailbroken within 12 hours of its arrival on shop. A renowned Iphone hacker had the whole thing jail-broken within seconds of removing the shrink wrapping and just 12 hours after the gizmo appeared in the shops, says The Inquirer.

It’s reported that the method hacker used to jailbreak iPad is similar to an exploit that cracks the iphone. Though that’s not weird as both iDevices use same operating system.

May be a great app for iPad! iPhone users will miss it, if it’s going to a be on Top App Chart, so the developer must look into iPhone compatibility issue!

iphone-os-4.0Here comes an update for all those who’re excitedly looking for iPhone OS 4.0. Well, this is an invitation-only event on April 8 that Apple announced as reported by Gizmodo. Only a few lucky ones will be given a sneak peak of the iPhone OS 4.o.

For those who’re getting really excited, Techtree recommends to be calm as they think iPhone OS 4.0 will possibly not be available sooner. Last year, Apple gave a sneak peek to iPhone OS 3.0 on March 17. However, the OS was made available three months after that on June 17 with many features dropped out.

You can also vote for or against the articles and comments – just like a regular page on the site. IT Chuiko says, “It will not be, at least for now, comment on entries. This means that the application of many fans Digg rather not replace the version of the browser, because for many is the essence of commenting on this site”.

Digg plans to enable the comment feature in upcoming releases, that will include some updates for iPad too I think!

A good addition it seems as it’s a plug and play IRB1 accessory that works with an iTunes app providing control over just about any IR device according to the maker and can operate TVs, cable boxes, stereos and more. The device has an IR database and learning capability.

Apple’s iPad 2x As Fast At Apps As iPhone 3GS

ipadThe benchmarks published by Twitterific developer Craig Hockenberry showed up a detailed comparison iPad running iPhone OS 3.2 against a stock iPhone 3GS running version 3.0.

Overall, the tests assigned iPad a performance edge of between 1.5 and 3.9 times better results. The iPad is about twice as fast as the iPhone 3GS when executing native (Cocoa Touch) applications, says Hockenberry.

So developers, make best use of your skills and create exciting new apps for the best platform, as you’ve more flexibility here!
