AT&T got into trouble for last few months since when we have heard a lot about the network infrastructure of the company. But on the other hand, company is reported to be the nation’s fastest 3G network not a self claimed but according to third party studies conducted by PC World and Gizmodo.

Along with building up better network, AT&T has identified some crucial areas where iPhone needs tweaking. According to a report on the Wall Street Journal, AT&T identified crucial areas where the iPhone required tweaking in order to reduce load on the AT&T network while performing simple tasks like detecting the closest cell tower or checking for available text messages. Apple worked closely with AT&T to effect these positive changes. Complementing Appple’s effort, John Donovon, the chief technology officer at AT&T remarked that Apple was past “networking 101, 201 or 301″ and are now “in a Master’s class”.

Apple Store Employees To See Or Touch The iPad Or It’s Still A Secret

Behind a great success there’s a great planning and this is what Apple does. Apple store employees never happen to see or use the iDevices until they’re up for sale. why this is so?

Well, this is the planning and Apple has always been secretive about its upcoming products. Back in 2007, when iPhone was launched, the company arranged for guards and decoys for each of the Apple Stores just to ensure that information about the product did not leak out until the moment the device was up for sale.

Same is the case now, iPad though being announced publicly with videos, demos and pictures is still unavailable for Apple Store employees. Everyone has their own point of view on the matter, but something almost everyone agrees is that this is the marketing strategy of Apple. By creating curiosity, Apple creates more and more desire for the product which leads to increase the demand and so sales!

The latest update about iPhone OS 4.0 on AppleInsider says that iPhone OS 4.0 will finally allow multitasking so that users can use multiple third party iPhone apps in the background. Along with multitasking another important feature will be Universal mailbox.

Those familiar with the design of iPhone 4.0 said that the user interface will resemble Apple’s desktop Expose feature, in that a key combination — reportedly hitting the Home button twice — will trigger an expose-like interface that brings up a series of icons representing the currently running apps, allowing users to quickly select the one they want to switch to directly. When a selection is made, the iPhone OS zooms out of the Expose task manager and transitions to that app.
